These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Great Gatsby's website (the “Site”) and any related services, booking tools, forms, or content made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Great Gatsby's (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides photo booth and related event services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services, or you must use the Services under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree not to use the Site or Services to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation. - Infringe or misappropriate the rights of others (including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights). - Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or networks. - Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code. - Interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services (including by scraping, automated access, or denial-of-service attempts). - Use the Site to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive messages.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content on it (including text, graphics, logos, designs, photos, videos, templates, and software) are owned by or licensed to Great Gatsbys and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

If you submit content to us through the Site (for example, inquiry details, event information, or messages), you represent that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a limited license to use that content to respond to you and provide the Services.

If you book services with Great Gatsby's, additional terms may apply in your service agreement.

Unless you have a separate written agreement stating otherwise: - Guests are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any props, costumes, logos, or copyrighted materials they bring or display. - You may not use the Site to request or distribute content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices. Access third-party sites at your own risk.

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Gatsbys and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Services.

In no event will our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Site or Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Great Gatsbys and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: - Your use of the Site or Services, - Your violation of these Terms, - Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, - Any content you submit or actions you take through the Site.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy (if posted). If a Privacy Policy is not posted, we still aim to handle personal information responsibly and only as needed to respond to inquiries and provide Services.

If the Site allows you to request quotes, submit deposits, or book services, all quotes are subject to availability and confirmation. - Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. - Prices, packages, and availability may change at any time before a booking is confirmed. - Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in cancellation of services and/or additional fees to recover costs.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may be provided in your booking agreement or invoice. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Great Gatsby is primarily based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Site.

· Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

· No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

· Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site, except for any separate written service agreement.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact form with: - Your name and contact information - Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed - The URL or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located - A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized - A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
